What To Expect: Evaluation
This 1-hour session will involve your child completing various tasks while we engage in a discussion about their progress and needs. By the end of the evaluation, we will establish two key goals: one focused on occupational therapy and the other aimed at improving daily life at home. For example, a home-based goal could be helping your child learn to zip up their own jacket or ensuring they navigate safely in a parking lot.
If you're an adult, the process will be you performing the tasks and participating in the discussion.
