Founder
Arti Surve
Arti Surve, our founder, is an experienced Occupational therapist (OT) with over 20 years of work focused on pediatric occupational therapy and Neurorehabilitation services. Arti excelled in her post-graduation in occupational therapy, specializing in developmental disability, and achieved a Doctorate in Occupational therapy specializing in leadership.
She has worked with children/adults from Seattle and surrounding areas for more than 15 years and comes with extensive experience in treating children with Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders and more. Arti has gained vast experience treating adults with neurological conditions along with training family/caregivers using specialized techniques to assist their loved ones.
Outside of work, Arti enjoys spending her time with her family of two children, husband and a puppy, Milo. Arti enjoys hiking, tracking, gardening, cooking, and painting. She also spends her time volunteering at various events for seniors and school children. Arti is a strong believer in “unlocking one’s potentials” to unfold new avenues, to keep surprising own self and revealing the beauty of life.
OT Assistant
Javier Villalobos
Javier is passionate about working with the pediatric population and is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care that supports each child’s unique needs and goals. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), he is excited to continue growing his skills and delivering excellent care as part of the team at All Minds Therapy.
During his fieldwork, Javier gained hands-on experience working with children with sensory processing disorders and developmental delays. This training not only strengthened his therapeutic techniques but also deepened his commitment to creating a positive, supportive experience for both children and their families.
Outside of work, Javier enjoys playing games, exploring new technology, and working on creative projects through his 3D printing hobby—where he’s often experimenting with software and custom designs.
